Are there any other costs to use Kalix?

If you save video to your Kalix account either through recordings of telehealth sessions (Virtual Practice Plus feature) or video files uploaded to documents (available as part of all plans), you may need to purchase additional video storage. While Kalix’s Virtual Practice Plus includes 10 hours of storage, all plans can purchase additional video storage at any time. See pricing.

If you choose to use Kalix to send and receive SMS (text messages), text-to-voice messages (computer-generated voice messages), and faxes, prepaid credits must be purchased before you can send messages. Click here for Pricing. Email messages are always free.

We also offer you the ability to purchase your own unique fax or SMS, and text-to-voice number. Alternatively, port your existing number to Kalix. By using a dedicated number, you will be able to receive faxes, SMS, and text-to-voice messages from anyone. Dedicated number costs are added to your monthly or annual subscription as an ongoing payment.

Can I get a refund on my subscription?

No, Kalix subscriptions are non-refundable and non-transferable. We encourage you to use the free trial period to decide if the product will meet your needs.

Can I cancel my subscription?

Yes, you can cancel your subscription any time, and we won’t charge you again. There are no fees or penalties for canceling.

To cancel, select the Cancel Subscription button on your Subscription page. Requests to cancel by email or phone are not considered and do not result in cancellation.

What payment types are accepted?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, and JCB cards over our secure PCI-DSS compliant online payment gateway.

How do I pay?

Sign up to a paid account via Kalix’s Subscription page. After choosing your subscription number, package, and payment plan, enter your billing information into our highly secure payment gateway.

If you select Pay Monthly, you will be charged on the same date each month.

 If you select Pay Annually, you enjoy 15% savings on your subscription cost. Your subscription will be automatically renewed after the 12 months are up. Cancel at any time, and you will not be charged again.

The first payment is not due until your trial period has ended. To find out the date of your next payment, simply check your Kalix Subscription screen.

Is there a minimum contract term?

No! We think you should stick around because you love Kalix, not because we have locked you into a contract.

What payment plans do you have?
