For those using another software system, we make the transition easy. We’ll import the data from your old system into Kalix for free. This process follows easy three steps.
First, you need to export your data out of the other software solution. To do this, you may be required to contact the software vendor. We accept most file types, but CSV files are our preferred format.
Next, you need to supply us with the files containing the exported data. The transmission of this data is subject to HIPAA and other security policies. We recommend utilizing Kalix’s secure Support Files functionality to complete this process.
Once you have uploaded your files, please email support@kalixhealth.com to let us know it is available.
Now leave it to us, Kalix’s developers will promptly upload your records into your Kalix account. For better data retention, we import your data into Kalix manually.
