  • PIPEDA: Kalix complies with the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA), ensuring the proper handling of personal information in Canada.
  • GDPR: Kalix adheres to the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) standards, protecting personal data and privacy in the European Union.
  • APP: Kalix follows the Australian Privacy Principles (APP), ensuring compliance with data protection laws in Australia.

  • PCI: Kalix does not store credit card information directly. Patient credit card details are saved to third-party providers, Stripe or Square, both certified as PCI Service Providers Level 1.
  • SOC 2: Data is stored in SOC 2-certified facilities. Kalix itself is working toward SOC 2 compliance, adhering to stringent criteria for managing customer data based on five “trust service principles”: security, availability, processing integrity, confidentiality, and privacy.
